First Right of Refusal
Gold S/P2 Sponsors will have first right of refusal to renew their sponsorship at the end of their term (with 90 days advance notice); however, the price is not guaranteed upon renewal and will reflect current market price.

Gold sponsors may purchase approved student names for their own use at 70% of the current market price.

There are approximately 1,400 auto body schools in the United States. CCAR anticipates having 1,000 schools involved in the first year. Students average forty-five (45) per school for a total of 45,000 students participating during 2009.
